RESTAURANT STAFF POSITIONS
HOST
  • Greet guests with a friendly, cordial welcome
  • Obtain guest information and utilize guest list when appropriate
  • Direct guests to their seats and notify server
  • Have a depth of menu knowledge
  • Keep control of the lobby area and direct guest traffic
KITCHEN SPECIALIST
  • Assure overall cleanliness and sanitation of the back & front of house
  • Maintain clean parking lot area and sidewalks as needed
  • Assist with food preparation and production as required
SERVER
  • Greet guests with a friendly, cordial welcome
  • Have a depth of menu knowledge
  • Take and deliver guest orders
  • Ask the right questions and up-sell
  • Always be there for guests
CULINARY SPECIALIST
  • Prepare food and observe food safety standards
  • Properly rotate all food
  • Maintain a clean kitchen and kitchen equipment
  • Assure overall cleanliness and sanitation of the back & front of house
GUEST SPECIALIST
  • Greet guests with a friendly, cordial welcome
  • Have a depth of menu knowledge
  • Take and deliver guest orders
  • Ask the right questions and up-sell

RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT OPPORTUNITIES
ASSISTANT MANAGER
The Assistant Manager will execute exceptional food quality and guest service through the training and development of their staff. They will focus on building sales, controlling costs, and learning all aspects of our business so they can take the next step as a General Manager.
GENERAL MANAGER
The General Manager is responsible for obtaining financial results through the effective leadership of their management and hourly team. They are responsible for achieving exceptional food quality and guest service by hiring the best staff, executing training programs, and coaching and developing their team.

The GM is charged with growing sales, controlling costs, maintaining an impeccably clean & safe restaurant, and developing their staff to the next level. This is an ideal position for the experienced restaurant manager who is looking for the challenge of running every aspect of a multi-million dollar business.
SUPERVISOR
The Supervisor will lead shifts by directing staff to execute exceptional food quality and guest service. This hourly position is ideal for those who have shift supervision experience, with the desire to grow into a career as a restaurant manager.
