At Olga’s Kitchen, we currently employ restaurant hourly staff members at our multiple restaurant locations. Each restaurant accepts applications for individuals interested in joining our team as a Host, Cashier, Server, Cook or Utility.

Host
The overall responsibilities of the host are:
- Responsible for greeting guests promptly with a friendly tone and smile. Direct traffic at the door and keep control of the lobby during rushes.
- Obtain guest information, party size and accommodating the needs of the guests. Seat guests in a timely and accurate manner.
- Keep a rotation of the server sections, checking for tables that have not been waited on.
- Assist with bussing tables when needed; spot sweep floors and spot clean windows.
- Responsible for guest satisfaction, teamwork, maintaining a clean and polished uniform, and a friendly and helpful attitude.

Cashier
The overall responsibilities of the cashier are:
- Responsible for accurately handling guest cash/credit transactions, without shortages.
- Properly answer phone with polite and courteous communication skills, ring in orders using the Aloha system, properly handling guest complaints, and possess correct knowledge to ring in employee meals and coupons.
- Keep work area clean, free of clutter and fully stocked.
- Prepare Suncoast Smoothies™ orders in a timely fashion.
- Assist Good-to-Go crew when needed.

Server
The overall responsibilities of the server are:
- Promptly greet guests and accurately take orders, ringing all orders into Aloha system.
- Prepare and deliver beverages and appetizers in a timely manner. Deliver entrees immediately. Provide quality check backs with all guests as well as checking section for newly sat tables.
- When needed, sweep, mop, or vacuum dining room as well as pre-bus and bus tables, keeping section clean and properly displayed.
- Complete all side work in a timely manner.
- Our servers must possess the ability to conduct polite conversation and provide 100% guest satisfaction. Friendly smiles, a teamwork approach, good multi-tasking skills and excellent service are a must!

Cook
The overall responsibilities of the cook are:
- Prepare food to Olga’s Kitchen and food safety standards and in a timely manner. Rotate all food properly.
- Responsible for entire back of house, which includes maintaining an organized cooler, freezer and dry stock area; cleaning all kitchen equipment; sweeping and mopping designated areas.
- Wear properly clean uniform meeting Olga’s Kitchen and health department food safety requirements.
- Assist utility personnel as needed and servers with special guest orders.
- Teamwork, a positive attitude and adhering to established work schedule is a necessity.

Utility
The overall responsibilities of the utility are:
- Responsible for washing dishes, assistance with food prep and production, linen, various cleaning and smallware orders.
- Responsible for overall cleanliness of entire back of house including: mop/sweep, trash removal, restroom cleaning, bussing tables and overall restaurant cleanliness.
- Power wash dumpsters and grease areas, and cleaning of walls, counters and trash cans.
- Maintain clean parking lot areas, sidewalks as needed.
- Teamwork, a positive attitude and adhering to established work schedule is a necessity.
