District Manager
The overall responsibilities of the District Manager are:
- The primary role of the District Manager is to provide leadership and direction for a district of 6-8 restaurant locations. To ensure the restaurant managers and employees are focused on excellent food, exceptional service and cleanliness is key. The District Manager focuses daily on the top-line in restaurants to increase manager awareness, identify opportunities and maximize sales opportunities.
- The District Manager is accountable for staffing, training, and continual development and coaching for managers in assigned restaurant locations.
- Maintaining costs, budgets and forecasts as well as sound administrative practices and procedures is vital.
- The District Manager serves as the liaison between the restaurants and the Restaurant Support Center to ensure communication and coordination.
- Active participation in recruitment, hiring, training and development is an essential component of the District Manager’s position.

General Manager – Restaurant
The overall responsibilities of the General Manager are:
- The General Manager has overall responsibility for directing the daily operations of the restaurant. The General Manager ensures compliance with company standards in all operations including product preparation and delivery, guest service, maintenance, inventory management, recruitment, training and development of staff, and all financial accountabilities.
- A primary objective of the General Manager position is to build sales and manage profits.
- The General Manager is responsible for the day to day activities that take place within the restaurant. It is expected that the General Manager will take the necessary steps to comply with the “Guest First” objective.
- It is the responsibility of the General Manager to make their best effort to operate our restaurants within the spirit of the Olga’s Kitchen Core Values Statement and our operational guidelines.
- The General Manager is accountable to the District Manager for all operational aspects of managing the restaurant location.

Assistant Manager – Restaurant
The overall responsibilities of the Assistant Manager are:
- The Assistant Manager is responsible for day to day shift running activities.
- The Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the General Manager in directing the daily operation of the restaurant.
- Through direction of the General Manager, it is expected that the Assistant Manager will manage the quality of the guest’s food and service experience, maintain a safe and sanitary restaurant environment, follow all vault and deposit procedures, maintain appropriate staff levels and control expenses to budgeted expectations.
- Assistant Managers follow and complete all opening and closing procedures ensuring that the location meets all impeccably clean standards.
- The Assistant Manager may be asked to perform other duties as necessary in order to maintain the efficiency, productivity and profitability of the restaurant.

Co-Assistant Manager – Restaurant
The overall responsibilities of the Co-Assistant Manager are:
- The Co-Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the General and Assistant Manager in directing the daily operation of the restaurant.
- The Co-Assistant coordinates day to day shift running activities, including opening and closing shifts, product preparation, production procedures, and maintenance of food and safety standards.
- The Co-Assistant has financial accountability and follows all appropriate vault and deposit protocols. Positive communication and interaction with guests, supervisors, managers and staff is essential to enhance the Olga’s Kitchen experience.
- The Co-Assistant Manager’s responsibilities include but are not limited to: managing the quality of the guest’s food and service experience, following the direction of the General Manager, maintaining a safe and sanitary restaurant environment, assisting in maintaining appropriate staff levels, and assisting with controlling expenses.
- The Co-Assistant position is a non-exempt, hourly position.
