Restaurant Management Opportunities
General Manager
The General Manager is responsible for obtaining financial results through the effective leadership of their management and hourly team. They are responsible for achieving exceptional food quality and guest service by hiring the best staff, executing training programs, and coaching and developing their team. The GM is charged with growing sales, controlling costs, maintaining an impeccably clean & safe restaurant, and developing their staff to the next level. This is an ideal position for the experienced restaurant manager who is looking for the challenge of running every aspect of a multi-million dollar business.
Assistant Manager
The Assistant Manager will execute exceptional food quality and guest service through the training and development of their staff. They will focus on building sales, controlling costs, and learning all aspects of our business so they can take the next step as a General Manager.
Supervisor
The Supervisor will lead shifts by directing staff to execute exceptional food quality and guest service. This hourly position is ideal for those who have shift supervision experience, with the desire to grow into a career as a restaurant manager.
Restaurant Staff Positions
Server
Responsibilities include making guests feel welcome and taking their orders accurately.
Host
Responsibilities include promptly greeting guests with a smile and a friendly tone and directing them to their seats.
Good To Go Specialist
Responsibilities include accurately handling Good To Go (carry-out) orders with a smile and a friendly attitude.
Cook
Responsibilities include preparing food using Olga’s Kitchen specifications in a timely manner. Must observe all food safety standards including proper food rotation.
Kitchen Specialist
Responsibilities include assuring overall cleanliness and sanitation for the back-of-house. Also, assist with food preparation and production as required.
Restaurant Support Center Positions
